《Help!》是The Beatles在1965年發行的電影《Help!》同名原聲帶中的主題曲，由約翰藍儂作詞、作曲及演唱。在這首歌中深切感受到約翰藍儂 ─ 那樣一個自信又自負的人，他從這個社會感受到的極度不安全感，甚至於使他願意示弱，向人尋求幫助。

而這張專輯的封面，四個人原本擺出旗號「HELP」的姿勢（但後來發現不是太協調，於是調整了一些），也成為非常重要的披頭四符號。

當我覺得不知所措時，腦海中總是自主播放起「Help! I need somebody!...」

希望我們都可以找到那個讓我們得以當作浮木的人，也能在這人生海海中，成為別人的浮木。
